This updated Tactile Demonstration Thermometer is now available in two accessible braille versions – UEB and Nemeth. The Tactile Demonstration Thermometer allows students who are blind or low vision, as well as their sighted peers, to independently read, set, and compare temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. Students can adjust the red velvet “mercury column” to a desired temperature using the easy-grip indicator. Tactile Demonstration Thermometer provides a tactually engaging way to explore temperature concepts like measurement and conversion.
