APH Large Print or Digital Book Request Form

To request Custom Large Print Titles please send the following:

Completed Request Form
Federal Quota Form or Purchase Order
Photocopies of the front and back cover of the book
Photocopies of the title page, the back of the title page (must include copyright and ISBN information)

Notable items regarding the APH Large Print Process

APH is not able to process new Large Print orders with a copyright date older than 5 years
The textbook will be in a minimum of 18 pt. font, printed in color, and be a standard book size
As of June 1, 2021 the estimated cost will be $0.60 per print page
All Large Print Textbooks between 1-100 pages will be $60.
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the time of request for delivery of print textbook, this time can vary based on time of year that the order was placed
APH is able to produce state editions of textbooks
Digital offerings are subject to eligibility
Large Print Textbooks are to be K-12, student textbooks
